Thoughts on ALD&PES:
Serving as a Peer Connect mentor has been fun and rewarding to say the least. From a member's perspective, it was great to discover that several of my friends were also serving as Peer Connect mentors. I have found that members involved with ALD/PES are enthusiastic about strengthening our peer network, and it has been rewarding to contribute to that. I would recommend other members to check out more events and make the most out of their ALD/PES experience.
Kevin actively engaged his mentee in the Peer Connect Program and they even had the opportunity to bond at the UCLA vs. Cal football game at the Rose Bowl. He epitomizes the dedication and motivation to enhance our UCLA community that ALD & PES members stand for.
