Welcome to the official website of the UCLA chapters of the Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma national honor societies. This year, members have organized service and academic events to benefit children from disadvantaged backgrounds, academic programs on Ethics in the Academic Community, and created academic support programs to keep fellow students motivated during mid-terms and final exams. Our chapters strive to create new and innovative academic and non-academic service projects to benefit the UCLA and surrounding communities.

Our small chapters have witnessed extraordinary growth. In 2007, our chapters inducted an astounding 674 new members and awarded $4,000 in local scholarships. In 2008, we plan to award $6,000 in local scholarships. Over the past four academic years, National Alpha Lambda Delta, National Phi Eta Sigma, and the UCLA chapters of ALD and PES have awarded more than $60,000 in scholarships to UCLA students.
